2. SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY & COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Delivery timeframes vary by destination and may be influenced by carrier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.
All delivery estimates are **approximate**.
Estimated transit windows:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
**Complimentary Shipping Over $350**
Orders totaling **$350 USD or more** qualify for **complimentary shipping**.
This benefit is extended automatically at checkout and applies to eligible destinations.

3. SHIPPING FEES
For orders below the complimentary shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the method selected.
International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
You may follow your shipment through the carrier’s portal at any time.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
DIAMODIA™ is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and handling fees assessed by the destination country.
These charges are **not included** in DIAMODIA™ product prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs inspections may extend delivery timelines. DIAMODIA™ does not influence customs decisions or clearance procedures.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a parcel is transferred to the carrier, **risk of loss passes to the customer**.
• If marked “delivered” but not located, contact the carrier immediately.
• If the parcel is lost in transit, we will support you in initiating an investigation.
• If your DIAMODIA™ creation arrives damaged, please notify us within **48 hours** with photographs so we may assist with resolution.
Every DIAMODIA™ item is packaged with care and protection, though unforeseen carrier events may occur.
