Refund policy

Every DIAMODIA™ creation is crafted with uncompromising precision and held to the highest standards of purity and provenance. To honor the trust you place in us, we offer a clear and respectful return policy designed with the same integrity as our stones.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your piece.

To be eligible, the item must remain exactly as delivered:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Free from damage or alteration
  • Complete with all original packaging, certificates, and tags
  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase or DIAMODIA™ Certificate ID

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Damages & Concerns

Every DIAMODIA™ passes a rigorous quality inspection.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt.

Our team will review the situation and resolve it with the care and precision your purchase deserves.


Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our collectors and the integrity of our archive, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Limited Edition or One-of-One pieces once registered to the buyer
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For the smoothest experience, we recommend returning the original item first.

Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for your desired piece.


European Union Clients

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason.

The item must remain in its original, unused condition with all accompanying materials intact.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
